4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the following categories of service providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

5. Advertising and Google AdSense
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting:
- Google Ads Settings
- aboutads.info (United States)
- youronlinechoices.eu (European Union)
More detail on how Google uses information from sites that use its services is available on Google's own policy page.
6. Payments and Payment Processors
We use Stripe, PayPal, and Polar to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment details are entered directly into forms hosted or provided by these processors — TubeOperator does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. Each processor is independently certified as PCI-DSS compliant and processes your payment data under its own privacy policy: Stripe Privacy Policy, PayPal Privacy Policy, Polar Privacy Policy.
For purchases made through Polar, Polar acts as the merchant of record: it is the seller on your receipt, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST on that transaction, and handles related billing data under its own privacy policy and terms.

If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and any relevant regulator as required by law.
11. International Data Transfers
Ninh Don LLC is based in the United States, and the personal data we collect is primarily processed in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions for providers certified under that framework.
12. Your Rights in the EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (processing your course purchase), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies, and advertising such as AdSense), legitimate interests (site security and improving our Services), and legal obligation (tax records).

- Erase your data, in certain circumstances.
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data, including an absolute right to object to direct marketing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We will respond to verified requests within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — see the European Data Protection Board's list of authorities, or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office. Ninh Don LLC has not appointed a representative in the EU or UK under Article 27 of the GDPR / UK GDPR; please contact us directly using the details below.
13. Your California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, or similar U.S. state privacy laws apply to us:
- In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (purchase history), internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences drawn from the above. We do not collect or knowingly process sensitive personal information.
- We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies (Google AdSense) and certain visitor-identification and analytics tools, including GetEmails, may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out using the tools listed in “Your Privacy Choices” above.
- You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
Submit requests to admin@tubeoperator.com; we will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days where permitted by law). You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Under California's “Shine the Light” law, California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes once per year, free of charge.
